Procedura modulare per la gestione semplificata della piccola e media impresa.

- Modulo base

Clienti e fornitori: completa gestione delle anagrafiche con possibilità di stampe selezionate ed esportazione dei tabulati sul proprio word processor. L'inserimento dei dati è facilitato dalla presenza di numerose tabelle di supporto, come quelle dei Comuni, dei CAP e delle banche. Per ogni cliente è possibile inserire oltre ai dati amministrativi, quelli relativi ai contatti e delle note personali, nonché la situazione dei pagamenti.
La presenza di campi per la memorizzazione degli indirizzi Internet consente con un semplice click di inviare messaggi e documenti.

Magazzino: la procedura permette di archiviare articoli, prodotti e servizi. In ogni momento è disponibile il quadro relativo alla giacenza, scorte, ordinato, costo standard, costo medio, costo ultimo etc.
Per ogni voce sono previsti ben cinque listini con possibilità di ricalcolo automatico. Le funzioni di inserimento note, foto e didascalie completano la procedura. La gestione dei movimenti consente di aggiornare in tempo reale le quantità. Le stampe del magazzino (listini, inventari, tabulati prodotti etc.), come tutte le altre, sono caratterizzate dalla possibilità di inserire criteri di selezione, visualizzazione dell'anteprima e redirezione dei dati sul proprio word processor.

Fatturazione: questa funzione completa il modulo base e permette l'emissione delle fatture e l'eventuale movimentazione di magazzino. Durante la composizione del documento è possibile inserire i dati mancanti (clienti, articoli etc.) senza uscire dalla procedura. Per la stampa sono previsti modelli personalizzabili con i propri dati ed il proprio logo, adatti soprattutto all'utilizzo di stampanti laser o a getto d'inchiostro.
Per chi invece intende usare i moduli meccanografici per stampanti ad aghi, è possibile adattare il formato di stampa alle esigenze specifiche.

- Modulo plus

Distinta base: questa procedura consente la completa gestione delle distinte basi, l'analisi dei costi e la movimentazione automatica di magazzino per le componenti dei prodotti.

Documenti di trasporto: analogamente alla fatturazione è possibile emettere documenti di trasporto (DDT) che potranno essere successivamente fatturati.

Fatturazione differita: la compilazione delle fatture relative ai documenti di trasporto emessi in un certo periodo viene eseguita automaticamente da questa procedura. L'utente può quindi controllare i riferimenti e i dati delle fatture prodotte per poi emetterle normalmente.

- Modulo automazione

Gestione codici a barre: questo modulo consente di identificare gli articoli di magazzino tramite codici a barre e di gestire il caricamento degli articoli tramite i dispositivi di lettura come la penna ottica o lo scanner.

- Modulo statistiche

Tabulati e grafici: questa funzione permette di ottenere grafici e tabulati statistici relativi al venduto, acquistato, analisi storiche per clienti, etc.

- Contenuto tecnologico

La procedura è stata progettata interamente a 32 bit per sistemi in monoutenza e in rete Windows 95, 98, NT, XP ed è completa di funzioni di manutenzione automatica,backup e restore che garantiscono la massima affidabilità.
Le tecnologie impiegate permettono di ottenere elevate prestazioni, un costo contenuto ed una particolare facilità d'uso, fornendo soluzioni ottimali per piccole e medie imprese.

PC compatibile, processore Pentium 133 o superiore, 64Mb RAM, sistema operativo Windows 95 o superiore compatibile, spazio libero sul disco fisso di almeno 40Mb.

- Form base

Clients and suppliers: it completes management of the registry ones with possibility of selected presses and export of the printouts on the proper word processor. The insertion of the data is facilitated by the presence of numerous charts of support as those some Communes, of the CAP and of the banks. For every client it is possible to insert besides the administrative data, those related to the contacts and of the personal notes, as well as the situation of the payments.
The presence of fields for the memorization of Internet addresses him it allows with a simple click to send messages and documents.

Store: the procedure allows to file articles, products and services. In every moment it is available the picture related to the giacenza, perceived, orderly, cost standard, middle cost, cost last etc.
For every voice they are anticipated well five lists with possibility of automatic ricalcolo. The functions of insertion notes, photo and explanations complete the procedure. The management of the movements allows to adjourn in real time the quantities. The presses of the store (lists, inventories, tabbed etc products.), as all the others, are characterized by the possibility to insert criterions of selection, visualization of the preview and redirezione of the data on the proper word processor.

Billing: this function completes the basic form and allows the issue of the invoices and the possible movimentazione of store. During the composition of the document it is possible to insert the lacking data (clients, articles etc.) without going out of the procedure. For the press they are anticipated models personalizzabili with his/her own data and the proper logo, proper above all to the use of laser printers or to inkjet.
For the one that intends instead to use the data-processing forms for dot matrix printers, it is possible to suit the format of press for the specific demands.

- Form plus

Distinguished basic: this procedure allows the complete management of the basic lists, the analysis of the costs and the automatic movimentazione of store for the components of the products.

Documents of transport: likewise to the billing it is possible to send forth documents of transport (DDT) that you/they can subsequently be invoiced.

Deferred billing: the compilation of the invoices related to the documents of transport sent forth in a certain period is automatically performed by this procedure. The consumer can check then the references and the data of the invoices produced for then normally sending forth her.

- Form automation

Management bar codes: this form allows to identify the articles of store through bar codes and to manage the loading of the articles through the devices of reading as the optic pen or the scanner.

- Form statistics

Printouts and graphs: this function allows to get graphs and statistic printouts related to the sold one, purchased, historical analysis for clients, etc.
